Reporting a venue or behaviour
You report messages and reviews that break the rules directly where you see them; a person at Sunworker checks every report.
What you can report
- Messages — harassment, spam, sharing of contact details, discrimination, fraud
- Reviews — see Having a review checked
- Anything else — for example instructions that turn a shift into an employment relationship, or problems on site — via the contact form
How to report
- Open the message or the review. You find “Report” directly on the message or review.
- Choose “Report” and a reason.
- Briefly describe what happened and send the report.
A person checks every report; nobody is suspended automatically. Depending on the case, Sunworker hides messages or suspends a conversation or an account. An account can submit up to 20 reports a day. You are told in a notification how your report was decided.
If there is immediate danger, call the police or emergency services first. A report to Sunworker does not replace an emergency call.
The rules at a glance
- Respectful behaviour — no insults, no discrimination.
- Arrangements and payments run through Sunworker. Contact details do not belong in messages. Anyone who asks you to continue working outside Sunworker is breaking this rule.
- Honest details in your profile, credentials and actual hours.
- No instructions that turn a shift into an employment relationship — and no arrangements that bypass the platform.
Blocking
If you no longer want contact with a venue, block the conversation. The venue can then no longer write to you or send you requests. Ongoing shifts are not affected; only you can lift the block again.
