Staffing agencies deploy their own employees, not freelancers. You are always the lender and the employer. Sunworker keeps this cleanly apart: separate accounts, separate contracts, separate billing.

Good to know
Can I bring my employees over from my old software?
Yes, by CSV import with staff number, name, occupation (KldB code), start date and contact details, up to 1,000 rows at a time. A preview shows you every row that does not fit yet.
What does one person cost per month?
€6 a month (net plus VAT), but only if they are active that month, meaning they have an assignment or a time entry. Applicants and former employees cost nothing.
Can my employees see their own data?
Not on their own yet; a personal login is planned. Until then you answer requests from the record card, and the access is logged with the purpose “request by the person”.
Who sees the protected data?
Only the roles in your account that need it: tax, social security, bank and residence data are seen by the owner and accounting, health information by the owner, administration and dispatch. Every access needs a purpose and is logged. Sunworker’s own administration has no access to it.
