About our service
Sunworker is an online marketplace through which self-employed hospitality professionals and venues or private individuals arrange individual assignments. The contract for an assignment is concluded exclusively between the professional and their client; Sunworker acts as an intermediary and is not a party to that contract. Sunworker does not engage in temporary agency work (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung). Details are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
