Sunworker

Having a review checked

If a review breaks the rules or describes something that did not happen that way, you report it; Sunworker examines the case, and until the decision it carries the note “under review”.

When to report

  • insults, threats or discrimination
  • personal data such as a name, phone number or address
  • no connection to the shift
  • retaliation for a review of one’s own, extortion or review swapping
  • a false statement of fact, or a shift that did not happen that way

How to report

  1. Open the review under Reviews → Received.
  2. Choose “Report” and a reason from the list. The reasons “false statement of fact” and “shift that did not happen that way” are only available to you as the person reviewed.
  3. Briefly describe what is not correct. Sunworker already has the check-in times and messages.

The review procedure

If you, as the person reviewed, report a false fact or a shift that did not happen that way, Sunworker opens a review procedure. Whoever left the review gets seven days to submit a statement. Until the decision the review stays visible with the note “under review”. People make the decision: the review stays or is hidden, and both sides are told the outcome. Only those involved and Sunworker see the statement, never the public.

What a report does not do

A justified but uncomfortable review stays. For your view of things there is the reply directly below the review. The grounds for removal are listed on How we check reviews. Report as soon as possible: the fresher the shift, the easier it is to establish what happened. An account can submit up to 20 reports a day — intended for genuine breaches.
