Receiving and leaving reviews

After every completed shift you review each other within 14 days; both reviews stay hidden until both have been submitted or the deadline passes.

Who reviews whom

Only people who have worked together can leave a review: the venue reviews you, and you review the venue. Private individuals review you too; there are no reviews of private individuals. Every review is tied to a completed shift.

Hidden until the end

Your review stays hidden until both sides have reviewed or the 14 days are up. Then both become visible at the same time. That way nobody reviews in reaction to the other side. Sunworker reminds you five days after completion and two days before the deadline.

How to review a venue

  1. Under Reviews, open the “Still open” tab and choose the shift.
  2. Give an overall rating from 1 to 5 stars — this is required.
  3. If you like, rate the briefing, organisation, tone, and breaks and meals.
  4. Write a comment of 10 to 2000 characters and, if you like, add a private note that only the venue sees. You can also publish anonymously.

Until it is published you can edit your review; you can withdraw it for up to 30 days afterwards. A venue’s rating is public and helps other professionals before they accept.

Reviews about you

Venues rate punctuality, expertise, cooperation and manner, plus the overall rating. Your profile shows an average from three reviews and the distribution of stars from six; reviews from the last 24 months count. You can reply publicly to each review once.

Notice under section 5b UWG: only someone who has completed a shift via Sunworker can leave a review. How we ensure reviews are genuine and when we remove something is explained on How we check reviews.
