Sunworker

How to improve your level

Your level rises with completed shifts, good reviews and few established no-shows; cancellations, response time, accepting requests and keeping your calendar up to date do not count towards it.

What counts

  • completed shifts
  • your average rating from published reviews
  • the number of your reviews
  • how long you have been with Sunworker — for the upper levels
  • few established no-shows, measured against your completed and missed shifts

What does not count

  • how quickly you reply to messages
  • how many requests you accept or decline
  • whether you keep your calendar up to date
  • cancellations — your own and the venue’s

The first three would measure whether you do what the platform would like you to do. That would be an instruction — and it does not fit with self-employed work. That is why they are left out. When you work and how quickly you reply is up to you.

When it is recalculated

Your level is recalculated after every completed shift, every no-show and every published or withdrawn review — immediately, not at the end of the month. It can also go down. You find the requirements for each level on your overview under “View levels”.

How to make progress

  • Only accept what you are sure you can manage. Declining does not harm you; cancelling does.
  • Block the days you are not available in your calendar so that unsuitable requests do not come in.
  • Submit your hours promptly — that way the shift is completed sooner. The invitation to review then also arrives sooner.
  • Leave reviews yourself. As soon as both sides have reviewed, both reviews appear — including the one about you.
