Reporting content and behaviour
You report profiles, messages and reviews that break the rules directly where you see them; a person at Sunworker checks every report.
What you can report
- Profiles of professionals — for example false details or inappropriate content
- Messages — harassment, spam, sharing contact details, discrimination, fraud
- Reviews — see Reporting a review
How to report
- Open the profile, message or review.
- Choose “Report” and a reason.
- Briefly describe what happened and send the report.
Every report is checked by a person. Sunworker never suspends anyone automatically on the basis of a report. Depending on the case, Sunworker hides messages or suspends a conversation or an account.
The rules at a glance
- Treat others with respect — no insults, no discrimination.
- Arrangements and payments go through Sunworker. Contact details do not belong in messages.
- Honest details in profiles, requests and actual hours.
- No instructions that turn a shift into an employment relationship.
If there is immediate danger, call the police or emergency services first. A report to Sunworker does not replace an emergency call.
Blocking
If you no longer want contact with a professional, block the conversation. They can then no longer write to you and you can no longer request them.
Limits and misuse
An account can submit up to 20 reports a day. Reports are meant for genuine violations — anyone who uses them to harm others is breaking the rules themselves.
The rules apply equally to everyone — to venues and professionals alike. Above all, they protect those who follow them and make sure shifts run reliably and fairly.
