Comparing applications and accepting one
You compare applications by price, rating, distance or arrival, accept one professional, and the amount is collected immediately.
What an application shows
Each professional can apply to your job posting once. New applications are marked and you get a notification. In each application you see:
- the profile with roles, level, reviews and completed jobs
- the final price including VAT — what you pay
- a personal message; contact details in it are hidden as in the chat
- the distance to the party location
Sorting
You sort applications by price, rating, distance or newest first. A look at the profile is worthwhile: it also lists credentials such as the food hygiene certificate.
Accepting an application
- Open the job posting under Job postings.
- Choose “Accept” on the right application.
- Confirm with “Yes, accept”. Accepting is the acceptance of the offer; the professional doesn’t need to accept separately.
- The amount is collected immediately from your payment method. The booking is then confirmed.
If the payment doesn’t go through, for example because your bank asks for confirmation or no payment method is saved yet, the acceptance still stands. You then complete the payment in the booking.
What happens next
The other applications are declined and the professionals get a notification. The job posting then shows as “awarded”.
You find the new booking under Bookings. From now on it runs like any other: the professional sees the party location with house number and your phone number, checks in on the day and then submits the time. The fixed price stays the same.
