Posting your party
You describe your party once, suitable professionals in the area apply once each, and you accept one of them.
When a job posting makes sense
You know what you need but not yet who will do it? Then post a job instead of requesting individual professionals. You compare the applications at your own pace and choose yourself. The platform doesn’t set a price: either you name a fixed price or the professionals name theirs.
How to post
- Open Job postings and choose “Post a job”. Pick the role, such as chef, service or bar.
- Enter the occasion and number of guests.
- Set the start and end. A job posting covers one day and at most 16 hours.
- Enter the party location. Without it, your billing address applies.
- Describe the service package: what the professional should deliver.
- Choose the pricing: fixed price or open price.
- Set the application deadline. Without your own entry, it ends 48 hours before the start.
- Confirm the withdrawal notice and publish the job posting.
Fixed price or open price
Fixed price
You name a final price between 50 and 20,000 euros. Anyone who applies accepts that price. There is no bidding down.
Open price
Each professional names their price with their application. You see it as a final price including VAT and compare.
Who sees your job posting
It is only visible to approved professionals with a matching role who accept private jobs and have your location within their radius. The street stays hidden until the booking. Phone numbers and addresses in your description are hidden from professionals. Venues and the public don’t see your job posting.
You can post a job once your account is approved.
