Changing, extending or closing a job posting
Until the first application you can change your job posting freely; after that you can only extend the deadline — or close it without accepting anyone.
Changing
As long as nobody has applied, you can change everything: times, location, service package and even the pricing. With the first application the details are fixed, because the professional applied for exactly that description.
Extending the deadline
You can extend the application deadline at any time while the job posting is open. It must be before the start of the party and no more than 30 days in the future. Shortening isn’t possible.
Closing without accepting
If your plans have changed, close the job posting. Open applications are then declined and the professionals get a notification. There are no costs, because payment only happens on acceptance.
When the deadline passes
If you don’t accept anyone by the deadline, the job posting expires. Open applications are declined and you get a notification. You can create a new job posting at any time or request one of the professionals directly.
Limits
- at most five open job postings at a time
- at most five new job postings per day
- at most 20 applications per job posting
- each professional applies only once per job posting; if they withdraw, they can’t apply again
You set notifications for job postings under Account → Notification settings in the “Job postings” category.
