Signing in with a password, passkey, Google or Apple
You sign in with your email and password, with a passkey, or via Google or Apple — always on the “Sign in” page.
Three ways into your account
Email and password
The classic way: on Sign in you enter the email address and password you registered with. After signing in you land on your venue’s overview.
Passkey
If you have set up a passkey, you sign in without an email or password: your device confirms it is you with a fingerprint, face or device PIN. A passkey only works for the address where it was created.
Google or Apple
If the sign-in page shows a Google or Apple button, you can use it. The first time, an account without a role is created; you add your venue details afterwards. If your email address is already linked to a password, the page tells you — in that case sign in with your email and password.
Security
- After ten failed attempts within 15 minutes, Sunworker temporarily blocks further attempts for that email address (“Too many requests”). Wait a little and try again.
- Use a password of your own that you do not use anywhere else.
- Do not share your account. Anyone who works with you at the venue gets their own access via Users and permissions.
Forgotten your password? Here is how to reset it: Reset your password.
Signing out and shared devices
If you work on a device that others also use — such as the office computer at the venue — sign out when you have finished. In your account, use your initials at the bottom of the sidebar and choose “Sign out”. Your session is then also ended on the server, not just forgotten by the browser.
