Register your venue and get approved
You create an account with your email and a password, complete the onboarding and submit your documents; Sunworker checks them, usually within 24 hours.
Create an account
Under Register as a venue you enter your email address, a password of at least ten characters and the key details of your venue. You accept the terms and conditions, the cancellation policy and the privacy policy. The account is free, and nothing is charged until a shift actually takes place.
You then confirm your email address using the link we send you. If nothing arrives, you can request it again — up to five times an hour. If you prefer to sign in with Google or Apple, you create the account there first and add your venue details in the “Almost done” step.
The onboarding in eight steps
In the Onboarding area, Sunworker guides you through everything a venue needs. Each step saves automatically; you can skip it and continue later.
- Your venue: name, type and a short description. Logo and cuisine are optional.
- Locations: at least one address where professionals will work.
- Contact person: name and phone number for the day of the shift.
- Documents: business registration or an extract from the commercial register as a PDF or image.
- Invoicing and tax: legal form and billing address; for a GmbH, UG, AG, e. K., OHG or KG also the register number and court.
- Payment method: card or SEPA Direct Debit.
- Connect a calendar: optional, for example Google Calendar.
- Review: you confirm that your details are correct and submit them.
What you can do before approval
While your account is under review, you will see the notice “Account under review”. Until then, your public profile is not visible to others. You can already do the following:
- Search for professionals, read profiles and save professionals
- Complete your profile and onboarding
- Add a payment method
You can send requests, confirm acceptances, write messages and leave reviews only after approval. If Sunworker declines the review, the reason is shown in your account and you can submit further documents.
For your first request you need at least one location, a contact person with a phone number and a default payment method.
