Reset your password
Via “Forgotten password” you receive a link by email that lets you set a new password.
How to do it
- Open Forgotten password — the link is also on the sign-in page.
- Enter the email address you registered with and submit the form.
- Open the email from Sunworker and follow the link.
- Choose a new password of at least ten characters. Then sign in as usual.
No email received?
For security reasons, the page always gives the same answer — even if there is no account for that address. That way, nobody can find out who is registered with Sunworker.
- Check your spam folder.
- Check that you used the address you registered with.
- If you have only ever signed in with Google or Apple, your account may not have a password. In that case, sign in with the same provider again.
You can request a new link at most five times an hour per address. An older link stops working once you have changed your password.
A good new password
- At least ten characters — longer is better. A phrase of several words is easier to remember than a short string of characters.
- New for Sunworker: not the same as for your email or other services.
- A password manager remembers it for you and fills it in on the sign-in page.
If you are still stuck, write to us via the contact form. Never include your password — we will never ask for it.
After resetting, you may still be signed in on other devices. Sign out there if you think someone knew your old password.
