Signing in with a password, passkey, Google or Apple
You sign in on the “Sign in” page with your email and password, with a passkey, or with Google or Apple if the page shows the button for it.
Ways into your account
Email and password
On Sign in you enter the email address and password you registered with. You then land on your overview — or in the onboarding while something there is still open.
Passkey
With a passkey you sign in without a password: your device confirms it is you by fingerprint, face or device PIN. You do not enter an email address. You create a passkey while signed in, once your email address is confirmed. It only works for the address where it was created.
Google or Apple
If the sign-in page shows the Google or Apple button, you can sign in with it. The first time, an account without a role is created. You then choose “Professional”, accept the terms and add whatever is still missing in the onboarding.
Security
- After ten failed attempts within 15 minutes, Sunworker temporarily blocks further attempts for that email address (“Too many requests”). Wait a moment and try again.
- Use a password of your own that you do not use anywhere else.
- Sign out of shared or other people’s devices when you finish — in your account at the bottom of the sidebar via your initials, or under “Settings”. This also ends the session on the server.
Forgotten your password? Here is how to reset it: Resetting your password.
One role per professional account
A professional account has exactly one role: professional. You can't add another role. If you also run a venue or want to book privately, create a separate account with a different email address and sign in to it separately.
