Sunworker

Resetting your password

Via “Forgotten password” you receive an email with a link you use to set a new password of at least ten characters.

What to do

  1. Open Forgotten password. You will also find the link on the sign-in page.
  2. Enter the email address you registered with and submit the form.
  3. Open the email from Sunworker and follow the link in it.
  4. Set a new password of at least ten characters. Then sign in as usual.

No email received?

For security reasons the page always gives the same answer — even if there is no account for that address. That way nobody can find out who is registered with Sunworker.

  • Check your spam folder.
  • Check that you used the address you registered with. If you use several addresses, older messages from Sunworker can help.
  • If you have only ever signed in with Google or Apple, your account may not have a password. In that case, sign in again with the same provider.

You can request a new email at most five times an hour per address. After that, wait a while before trying again.

After resetting

  • Choose a new password you do not use anywhere else — not the same one as for your email inbox.
  • A password manager remembers it for you and fills it in on the sign-in page.
  • You may still be signed in on other devices. Sign out there if you think someone knew your old password.

If you are still stuck, write to us using the contact form. Never include your password — we will never ask for it.
