Signing in and resetting your password
You sign in with your email address and password, with a passkey or — if shown — with Google or Apple; you reset a forgotten password via a link sent by email.
Three ways into your account
Email and password
On Sign in you enter the email address and password you registered with. You then land on the “Your party” overview.
Passkey
With a passkey you sign in without a password: your device confirms it’s you by fingerprint, face or device PIN. A passkey only works for the address it was created under.
Google or Apple
If the sign-in page shows a Google or Apple button, you can use it. If your email address is already linked to a password, the page tells you — then sign in with your email address and password.
Forgotten password
- Open Forgot password; the link is also on the sign-in page.
- Enter the email address you registered with.
- Open the email from Sunworker and follow the link.
- Set a new password of at least ten characters.
For security reasons the page always responds the same way, even if there is no account for the address. You can request a new link at most five times per hour per address. If you have only ever signed in with Google or Apple, your account may not have a password — sign in with the same provider again.
Security
- After ten failed attempts in 15 minutes, Sunworker temporarily blocks further attempts for that address. Wait a moment and try again.
- Use a password you don’t use anywhere else. A password manager helps.
- On devices that others use too, sign out via “Sign out” in your account. The session then also ends on the server.
