Sunworker

Reporting a professional or behaviour

You report profiles, messages and reviews that break the rules right where you see them; a person at Sunworker checks every report.

What you can report

  • professional profiles — for example false information or inappropriate content
  • messages — harassment, spam, fraud or requests to pay outside the platform
  • reviews — for example insults, personal data or content unrelated to the job

How to report

  1. Open the profile, message or review.
  2. Choose “Report” and a reason.
  3. Briefly describe what happened and send the report.

A person checks every report. Sunworker never blocks automatically because of a report. Depending on the case, Sunworker hides content, locks a conversation or suspends an account. Reports are meant for genuine violations.

Blocking

If you want no further contact with a professional, block the conversation. They can then no longer write to you, and you can no longer request them. Existing bookings are not affected. Only you can lift the block.

The rules at a glance

  • Respectful behaviour — no insults, no discrimination.
  • Arrangements and payments go through Sunworker. Contact details don’t belong in messages.
  • Honest information in requests, actual times and reviews.

In acute danger, call the police or emergency services first. A report to Sunworker is no substitute for an emergency call.
