Reviewing a professional

After a completed booking you review the professional within 14 days; your review appears immediately, and there is no public review of you as a private individual.

When you can review

You can leave a review as soon as your booking is completed, i.e. all times are confirmed. From then on you have 14 days. A review is always tied to a real booking.

How to review

  1. Give an overall rating from 1 to 5 stars. It is required.
  2. If you like, rate individual aspects such as punctuality. They sit alongside the overall rating and don’t form an average.
  3. If you like, write a comment. Contact details in it are hidden.
  4. If you like, leave a private note. Only the professional can see it, never the public.
  5. Submit the review.

When it becomes visible

Your review appears immediately on the professional’s profile, because there is no counter-review to wait for. Publicly you appear as “Private individual”, without name or town. Sunworker checks texts; a conspicuous text only becomes visible after a review.

Reviews of you

Private individuals have no public profile, and the professional can’t review you publicly. Before accepting, they only see how many bookings you have completed and that your account has been checked.

Withdrawing

You can withdraw your review up to 30 days after publication. It then appears as “Review withdrawn” without content and no longer counts.

We show all reviews, positive and negative, and only remove them according to fixed rules. How that works is explained under How we check reviews.
