Sunworker

Check-in, check-out and actual time

The professional checks in and out on site and then submits the actual time; you confirm it or dispute it — without a reply it is deemed confirmed after 48 hours.

Check-in and check-out

Only the professional can check in, from 30 minutes before the start until four hours after. With the check-in your booking shows as “in progress”. You see when they checked in, but not where they are.

If the professional forgets to check out, Sunworker automatically records the planned time after six hours. They still submit the actual time themselves afterwards.

Checking the actual time

  1. The professional submits start, end and break. You get a notification.
  2. Open the booking and compare the details with what you experienced.
  3. If everything is right, choose “Confirm”.
  4. If something is wrong, choose “Dispute”: give a reason and, if you like, a counter-proposal. You don’t change the times yourself — the professional accepts the proposal or resubmits. In a dispute, Sunworker only establishes the times, never the price.

If you don’t check the time within 48 hours, it is deemed confirmed. Sunworker reminds you beforehand.

If it takes longer

If the party runs longer, the professional submits the actual time — there is no separate application. For a booking at the hourly rate, the difference is charged after your confirmation. If it was shorter, you get the difference back. With a fixed price, the duration doesn’t change the price.

Completion

Once all days are confirmed, the booking completes automatically. The professional’s invoice is then created and you can review them.
