Finding professionals for your party
You search by role, place and day of the party and only see professionals who accept private jobs — with final prices including VAT.
How to search
- Open Find professionals in your account or the public search All professionals.
- Enter the postcode or town of the party and the day — or pick a role straight away, such as chef, service or bar.
- Narrow down the results with filters and open a profile.
As a private individual you see final prices including VAT. If a professional is a small business, you see “no VAT under § 19 UStG”.
Who you see
Each professional decides for themselves whether to accept jobs from private individuals. Those who don’t will not appear in your search. You also only see professionals willing to travel as far as your location; you don’t see where they live, only the distance.
Useful filters
- Day of the party — shows whether the professional is explicitly available, has blocked the day or hasn’t said
- Radius around the party location
- Price range
- Minimum rating — professionals without reviews stay visible
- Credential, such as a verified food hygiene certificate
Professionals set their own prices, and the order cannot be bought. How it comes about is explained under How we sort.
Saving
If you like a profile, save it with “Save”. That way you can find the professional again later, for example for your next party.
You can search and read profiles without an account. You can send requests once your account is approved.
