Sunworker

Language, currency and notifications

You set the language and display currency via the globe icon and notifications per category under “Settings” — billing is always in euros.

Language and currency

Sunworker is available in German, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian and Dutch. Use the globe icon in the header or Language and currency to choose your language. Your choice applies to the public pages and to your account.

In the same dialogue you choose a display currency. Amounts in other currencies are converted at the daily rate and marked with “≈”. Billing, payments and receipts are always in euros.

Notifications

You can see what is happening at your venue under Notifications — the bell in your account. Under Settings → Notifications you decide, per category, which events should also reach you by push or email:

  • Requests and shift status — acceptances, declines, confirmations
  • Hours — submitted actual times for you to check
  • Messages and reviews
  • Payments and receipts
  • Users and account — invitations, approval

For each person individually

Notifications belong to the person, not the venue: every user of your venue has their own bell and sets up their own notifications. That way, someone who only handles receipts does not have to follow every new request.

Translated pages

We maintain German and English by hand. The other languages are machine pre-translated and marked accordingly; where no translation exists yet, the English text is shown.

Keep the “Hours” category switched on: actual times that you do not check within 48 hours count as confirmed.

Your browser remembers the language and display currency; the same choice applies in your account. If you switch devices, set them once more there.
