Reviewing a professional
After a completed shift you review the professional within 14 days; both reviews stay hidden until both have been submitted or the deadline has passed.
When you can review
Only people who have worked together can leave a review: you review the professional, the professional reviews your venue. A review is always tied to a completed shift. From completion you have 14 days; open reviews are listed under Reviews.
How to leave a review
- Under Reviews, open the “Still open” tab and choose the shift.
- Give an overall rating from 1 to 5 stars — this is required.
- Optionally rate individual aspects: punctuality, skills, cooperation and appearance.
- Write a comment of 10 to 2,000 characters. You can publish it anonymously.
- If you like, add a private note (up to 500 characters). Only your venue can see it.
Hidden until the end
Both reviews stay hidden until both sides have reviewed or the 14 days are over. Then they become visible at the same time. That way, nobody reviews in reaction to the other side. Until publication you can still edit your review; you can withdraw it for up to 30 days afterwards.
What makes a helpful review
- Specific: what went well, what did not? “Ran the pass reliably” helps more than “great”.
- Factual and fair — even when critical.
- Without contact details, names of third parties or health information.
Reviews are the most important decision aid for other venues. An honest review helps everyone — including the professional.
Sunworker does not accept clear insults; doubtful texts are checked before publication. What is removed and what is not is explained on How we check reviews.
