Your venue’s public rating
Professionals review your venue after every shift; the rating is public and appears on your profile as an average from three reviews.
What professionals rate
Besides the overall rating, professionals can rate four aspects:
- Briefing — did the professional know where everything was and what needed doing?
- Organisation — did the shift go as requested?
- Tone and manners
- Breaks and meals
Where the rating appears
Your venue’s rating is public and appears on your venue profile. We show the average from three reviews and the distribution of stars from six. Reviews from the last 24 months are counted.
What professionals see before accepting
With every request, the professional sees your venue’s rating and its reliability: how often you confirm acceptances and how many cancellations and no-shows there were in the last 90 days. A reliable venue gets acceptances faster.
How to improve your rating
- Take five minutes at the start for a briefing.
- Add notes about the location to your profile: entrance, parking, dress code.
- Check actual hours promptly and fairly.
- Only cancel when there is no other way — and then early.
Hidden, just like yours
The professional’s review also stays hidden until you have both reviewed or the 14 days are up. So you do not see it before you review — and the professional does not see yours beforehand.
You can reply publicly to each review once: Replying to a review.
A single weak review hardly matters among many good ones. More important than any individual rating is that professionals see: this venue bills fairly and gives a friendly briefing.
