Principles
What applies to every route
- Sunworker brokers. We don’t lease staff and we are not an employer – neither of self-employed professionals nor of our partners’ temporary staff.
- Whoever works sets the price. Self-employed professionals set their own hourly rate and accept each job individually. A business does not set wages.
- The money sits in escrow. It is collected when the job is confirmed and paid out only after completion.
- Whatever isn’t ready says “in preparation”. On this page and on every sub-page, until it goes live.
What it costs and how it is billed.
No base fee, no subscription. You pay per job, through escrow.
- Payment is collected when you confirm; until completion the money sits in escrow.
- Billing is to the minute, on the actual hours.
- The professional sets surcharges themselves; per minute the highest applies, not the sum.
- Payout follows after 72 hours of clearing, once the invoice for the job is available.
