Comparing professionals
You can add up to four professionals to the comparison from the search results or a profile and see their hourly rate, rating, experience, languages, credentials and distance side by side.
How to compare
- Search as usual by role, location and date.
- Choose “Compare” on a result or on the profile. Up to four professionals fit in the comparison.
- Open the comparison. The details are shown row by row, side by side.
- Remove professionals who are not a good fit and request the right one directly from the comparison.
What is compared
- Hourly rate
- Rating and number of completed shifts
- Experience and languages
- Credentials and their status
- Distance and availability on the chosen day
What matters
The lowest hourly rate is rarely the whole price. Each professional sets their own surcharges, travel costs and minimum hours — the preview before you send a request shows the amount for exactly your shift. For kitchen shifts, it also matters whether the health certificate is verified and valid.
An example
You are looking for a bartender for Saturday evening. The comparison shows three profiles: the first is the cheapest but lives far away and charges travel per kilometre. The second has a slightly higher rate, no travel costs and is explicitly available on Saturday. The third is new and has no reviews yet. The request preview shows you that the second one is hardly more expensive in the end — and you know he has time.
Professionals without reviews are not worse, just new. It is worth looking at their experience and credentials.
The comparison does not replace a look at the profile: the description, previous positions and review texts often say more than a number.
