Using quick replies
Quick replies are text snippets you write once and insert into a conversation with one click.
What they’re for
Professionals often ask the same questions: How is the kitchen equipped? Is there parking? When should the guests eat? With quick replies you write the answer once and insert it into any conversation. It is sent as a normal message.
How to create them
- Open Account → Manage quick replies.
- Write one snippet per field.
- Put the snippets in the order you use them most and save.
- In a conversation, pick a snippet. You can still adjust it before sending.
Good to know
- Up to ten snippets of no more than 300 characters each.
- The snippets belong to your account and are available on all your devices.
- Empty fields are dropped when you save.
Examples
- “You can park right in front of the house. The entrance is at the back.”
- “The kitchen has four hobs, an oven and a dishwasher.”
- “Thanks for accepting! I’ll confirm the booking today.”
Phone numbers, email addresses and street addresses are hidden in quick replies too. Describe the way so it makes sense without a house number — the professional sees the exact address in the booking from confirmation onwards.
