Saving professionals and requesting them again
The heart lets you save professionals for later, and under “Known professionals” you find everyone your venue has already worked with.
Saving professionals
Every result and every profile has a heart. One click saves the professional for your venue — all users of your venue see the same list. The professional does not find out who saved them.
Known professionals
Under Known professionals you find everyone your venue has completed at least one shift with — including the number of shifts and the total amount. From there you can request them again in a few clicks.
- Open Known professionals in your account.
- Choose the professional and open their profile.
- Request as usual. Again, the professional decides for themselves whether to accept.
Repeated, but one at a time
Booking the same professional several times is expressly welcome. But each shift is requested, accepted and billed individually.
Fixed rotas, the same person in the same role week after week and instructions beyond the shift are signs of an employment relationship. More on this under Not labour leasing.
Making good use of the lists
- Save professionals while you browse — that way you have a shortlist to hand when you need it.
- Add a private note when you leave a review, such as “knows our till”. Only your venue can see it.
- The saved list belongs to the venue: if a colleague saves a professional, you see them too.
Over time, this builds a circle of professionals who know your venue, find their way around and accept quickly — while still deciding for themselves when they work for you.
