A. How you get on the list
Sunworker keeps the “Known professionals” list for each venue itself. You appear on it as soon as a shift you worked together is completed. You don't have to sign up or apply, and the venue doesn't add you by hand either.
Only completed shifts count. A request you declined, one that expired or one that was cancelled does not put you on the list. Anyone listed there really has worked at this venue before.
B. What the venue sees there
The list is the counterpart to search: instead of distance, it shows the numbers of your work together. Whoever worked at the venue most recently is at the top.
What an entry shows
- Your name, your photo, your roles and your location.
- Your hourly rate, as it currently stands in your profile.
- Your average rating and the number of your reviews.
- How many shifts you have completed together and when the last one was.
- What the venue has paid in total for your shifts together.
Each entry leads to your profile and to “Request again”. Who else you work with and why you blocked a day are not shown there.
C. Requesting again – you decide
“Request again” opens the same request as from search. The venue picks the day, time and place; the hourly rate comes from your profile, not from the list and not from the venue. If you have changed it since the last shift, the new rate applies.
A repeat request follows the same rules as any other:
- On days you have blocked for the whole day, not even a venue that knows you can request you – more under Calendar and availability.
- If you have switched off requests in your profile, no request goes through, not even from the list.
- Your minimum hours and the credentials the venue asks for are checked as with any request.
- If you are already booked at the same time, the request cannot be sent.
After that, everything works like any request: you accept or decline, without giving a reason and without a response deadline. A declined request does not remove you from the list and affects neither your level nor your position in search.
D. No commitment
Being on a venue's list does not mean belonging to it. There is no framework contract, no advance commitment and no obligation to come back. Every shift is requested, accepted and invoiced on its own.
If you no longer want requests from a venue, block your conversation with it under Messages. As long as it is blocked, that venue cannot send you a new request; shifts already under way are not affected.
Being saved
Independently of the list, venues can save your profile – even without a shift together. You don't find out who saved you. If you wish, Sunworker notifies you when it happens; this is switched off by default.
If you did good work, you don't need to be found again. Whether you come back is still up to you – every request anew.
